The Startup Balancing Act
You don't build a startup by asking customers what they want.
You build it by executing on your vision as a founder.
This isn't to say customer feedback doesn't matter. It absolutely does.
But customers should illuminate problems, not dictate solutions.
And your job as a startup founder is to interpret these challenges through the lens of your vision and design a solution for them.
Rely too heavily on customer suggestions, and you might just end up with a faster horse.
